Your internet connection may be too slow. Your viewing experience will depend on the speed of your internet connection. You need at least a DSL or cable connection to watch the videos. A 56k dial-up connection is insufficient to view the videos properly.
I'm having problems watching the videos with Windows Media Player.
Please follow these steps :

Click OK.
Exit and restart Window Media Player.
I have installed Adobe Flash Player but still don't see any Flash content. What is wrong?
The most common reasons that Flash content fails to display are:
Pop-up blockers blocking Flash
The most common cause of Flash movies failing to display is the presence of a pop-up/ad blocker software that specifically targets Flash content. To find out more about this please see Flash movies do not appear after installing the Flash Player.
Internet Explorer Settings on a Macintosh
On the Macintosh there is a setting in Internet Explorer to enable plug-ins. This setting is located in the Explorer > Preferences menu of the browser. In the Preferences dialog box, select Web Content under Browser Display. Then ensure that the Enable Plug-ins option is selected.
Internet utilities blocking ActiveX
Some Internet Utilities, such as Norton Internet Utilities, perform functions similar to a firewall and may restrict viewing of ActiveX controls. You need to ensure that your firewall or utility settings are set to allow ActiveX controls or you will not be able to view Flash movies in Internet Explorer.
This means that your version of Window Media Player or Flash Payer is too old to play the video. You will be able to view the video if you install a more recent version of Windows Media Player or Flash Player.

My firewall or proxy server prevents me from watching the videos.
Your company may have a network configuration that blocks videos. Your network administrator can change the settings on your computer in order to give you access to streaming videos. (You may have to ask your network administrator to open port 80, which allows audio and video streaming.)
See Microsoft's Help Pages for more information on WindowsMedia Player Configuration Steps for Firewalls and Proxy servers.
See Adobe Pages for more information on Flash Communication Server Firewall Port Test
My proxy server doesn't allow streaming video.
Please ask your system administrator to enable your proxy server to receive streaming video -- this does not present a security threat to your system.
You may also have to modify the configuration of your Windows Media Player, to enable it to function through a proxy server. To do so, please follow these steps :
Click on the right mouse button inside the player window.
Select 'Options'.
Select the 'Network' tab.
In the 'Streaming protocols' section, please ensure that the 'Multicast' and 'UDP' boxes are unchecked, and that the 'TCP' and 'HTTP' boxes are checked.
In the 'Streaming proxy setting' section, click on 'Configure' to configure the HTTP proxy settings.
Select 'Use the folowing proxy server', and enter below the address of your proxy server. (If you do not now the address of our proxy server, please ask you system administrator.)
I'm not sure which codecs are supported by my Windows Media Player.
To find out which version of Window Media Player you are currently using, please click on the right mouse button inside the Windows Media Player window, and then select 'About'.
By default, all of our videos are encoded using the Windows Media MPEG-4 Video V3 codec, which is compatible with most versions of Windows Media Player. However, if you are experiencing problems viewing the videos, it may be because your version of Windows Media Player requires other codecs.
